The body remembers
The mind can talk its way around a wound for decades. The body keeps the truth — and the womb keeps the oldest truths of all.
Sacred womb healing is somatic, energetic and ancestral work that meets grief and the feminine where the body has stored them — in the womb space — rather than only in the mind.
The womb is not only an organ. Across cultures and centuries it has been understood as a seat of creation, intuition and memory — a place where a woman's story, and her mother's, and her line's, is held in the body. Womb healing is the gentle, reverent tending of that place.
My memoir, Sacred Journey, walks this ground. It is not a book you simply read — it is a book that reads you back.
Grief, shame, severed relationship, the long inheritance of women asked to be silent — these don't only live in thought. They settle in the body, and for many women they gather in the pelvic and womb space. When talking has taken you as far as it can, this is often the threshold that remains.
Womb healing with me involves no physical touch. It works through breath, awareness, ritual and conversation, and you are always in charge of your pace — you can pause, go gently, or stop at any time. It is not medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing pelvic pain, menstrual or gynaecological symptoms, please see your GP; if you are living with trauma, this work can sit alongside the care of a counsellor or psychologist, never instead of it.
The womb space is honoured whether or not you have a physical womb — after hysterectomy, loss, or simply by being a woman carrying her line.
Womb healing lives at the heart of The Body and The Lineage — two of the six stages of the Sacred Journey. It is woven through my 1:1 coaching, The Alchemy Circle, Coastal Women gatherings by the sea, my guided meditations, and retreats on sacred ground.
